Because the different elements have the different boiling points.
Water’s boiling point is 100 degrees Celsius ,
iodin’s boiling point is 184.25 degrees Celsius, cesium’s boiling point is 671 degrees Celsius.
So the steam from the water boiling not includes iodin and cesium element.
Purifying machine must use membrane , that is different from distiller.
On the first time ,it is good,
but on the second time,the impurities attaching on the membrane can get into the water.
So I think the wster in the purifying machine is not so clean .What’s your opinion ?
The different elements separate on the 100 degrees Celsius ,it is so interesting .
Because of these viewpoints,I recommend distiller to you .
Structure of the distiller
The distiller boils the water into the steam ,then cools the steam into the distilled water.
The steam from the water boiling not includes other elements,so it is clean.
We don’t need buy expensive stuff in order to using distiller.
We just need use detergent like citric acid to clean the flume when needed.
(like bottle detergents sales on the market)

when I drink the distilled water. When I use the electric kettle ,
I can seen the diifference with my own eyes.
I always heat the distilled water by electric kettle.
When the hot distilled water is cool,
I drink it.If I heat the running water by electric kettle,
there are white scale in the stainless bottle.
But if I heat the distilled water by electric kettle,
no matter how many times I heat, it is clean in the bottle.
