This Soba Noodles made by Nomuraya Pvt. Ltd. in Shimabara, Nagasaki Prefecture in Japan.
The product name "Unzen" is named after Shimabara's landmark Mt. Unzen.
At Nomuraya Pvt Ltd, Noodles are not machine made. A Craftman stretches the flour in a process called "Tenobe" to make the noodles.
Tenobe Soba noodles have a nutty flavor and earthy taste.
