ポップコーン状に、はぜてありますので香ばしく、そのまま食べる、サラダに振りかけて、牛乳と一緒に、お米と一緒に炊く、また粉末にしてコロッケやお菓子にと、アイデア次第で様々な料理にご利用いただけます。

(another name Yokuinin)
■Because「Rigveda」which is stanza of Indus
Valley civilization described, It is considered
that when the era before 1500, Cultivate
of tear grass had already extended in India.
■Tear grass is plant of gramineae and picked
fruit around September to October.
The principal ingredient includes starch,
protein, fixed oil and coixenolide.
■Tear grass is especially more nutritious

ハトムギは鮮度が大事
大ロット生産には「コストダウン」「品質の均一化」などのメリットがあります。
その対極にある小ロット生産には、「鮮度の維持」「時代への変化対応」のメリットがあります。
大一のハトムギは、こちら側に当たります。
というのも、、、過去に薬局さんへの卸販売で、2〜3か月も棚に飾ってあるハトムギを食した事があります。
「美味しくない・涙」。
ノンオイルとはいえ、ハトムギ自体の栄養「油分」が酸化してしまうからです。
そこで、出荷・運送の手間暇を厭わず、「鮮度」を優先に考えました。
1度の生産で50〜70キロ。
400g袋に詰め替えると120〜180袋が同ロットとなり、それが〜10日で販売完了となります。
このサイクルが増々短期になり、「毎日製造」→「毎日完売」となるのが、究極の目標です。

ハトムギは、イネ科の植物で９-１０月に、果実を採取されます。主な成分は、デンプン、タンパク質、脂肪油のほか、コイクセノリド（Coixenolide）を含んでいます。
脂肪油、Coixenolideは肌を滑らかにする美肌効果に優れていといわれています。
ビタミンなどが豊富に含まれているので健康によく、本品は胚芽入りで栄養価も高いのが特徴です。

製造は、国内(三重県)で行われています。
ハトムギの原料は「タイ産」→原料(皮付き)で輸入→ほうじ（皮取り・焙煎）作業等は国内(三重県)となっております。
当店では、みやぎ生協や、新潟生協等、30年以上も前から、国内の生協の共同購入品として供給し続けています。
正規輸入ですので、残留農薬や、金属検査等の通ったものしか流通していませんので、どうぞご安心くださいませ。

store in Rakuten Ichiba, Japan’s largest
marketplace.
We handle the "healthy tea" which
are well known among the national Co-op,
and it has been 49 years since the company
was founded.
We strive to deliver better than you expect
even a little, and hope you will be happier
when you open the shipping.
We are supplying the products to the national
Co-op which have very strict safety standards
for additives, and here are some photos taken
by the Product Review Committee, which examines
its food safety.
